Arizona Elk & Deer Hunts
Arizona offers some of the best hunting in the world. Luck of the Draw specializes hunts in area 7,8,9,10,11m,22,23.
Archery Hunts for Elk take place in September, this is the beginning of the rut, the bulls become susceptible to calling, making them easier to hunt.
Rifle Hunts for Elk take place the end of September, October, November, and December.
Muzzleloader hunts for Elk are at the end of September, beginning of October, mid November and mid december.
Archery Hunts for Deer take place the month of January, early September and late December.
Rifle Hunts for Deer take place the end of October, and the beginning of November.
Predator Hunts
You can use rimfire rifled firearms, shotgun, bow & arrow.
Coyote Hunts, run all year long.
Bobcat & Fox Hunts take palce August 1st-March 31st.
Wildlife Education and Photo Opportunities (weapons not permitted)
If you would like to observe wildlife or nature in it's natural habitat, I can get you close enough to see the whites in their eyes. Get close to nature and feel the thrill and excitement while observing wild life in its natural habitat. Learn how to distinguish different wildlife tracks, markings, signs and how they survive in their surrounding environments. Photo opportunities are abundant.
Luck of the Draw's methods for hunting consist of spot and stalk calling, hunting from tree stands and ground blinds. Hunters should be in good physical condition at the time of your hunt because at times, you will be covering a lot of terraine.
Who Can Go?
Everyone needs a license to hunt wildlife in Arizona. You need in your posession a valid hunt or combination hunt and fish license, plus any required hunt permit tags, nonpermit-tags, or stamps. A Class H Three-Day Non-resident Hunting License is not valid for big game.
Young Hunters
Anyone 14 years of age or older needs a license to hunt wildlife in Arizona.
A person under 14 may hunt wildlife other than big game without a license only when accompanied by a properly licensed person 18 years or older. No more than two unlicensed children may accompany any licensed holder.
No one under the age of 14 may take big game without having completed a Hunter Education Course. No one under age 10 may hunt big game in Arizona. To hunt big game, anyone 10 to 13 years of age must have in their posession a valid hunt or combination hunt and fish license, a valid Hunter Education Course completion card, plus any required permit-tags, nonpermit-tage and stamps.
