By submitting this Hunt Application you are agreeing with and accepting the current "Terms And Conditions". Upon review of your Hunt Application any necessary changes will be noted on your Hunt Statement for you to review and sign upon your approval. Once our hunt dates are reserved, deposits are non-refundable unless you fail to draw a hunt tag. Trips cancelled 30 days or more prior to the scheduled hunt dates may be rescheduled.

• Town Hunt…Stay in town, Motels & Restaurant expenses are your responsibility. Guide picks you up daily.
• Hosted Camp…For guided & unguided hunters with tent camp & meals included.
• Drive in Drop Camp…Bring your food and drive in to this Unguided Drop Camp reserved for your group.
• Tent Camp & Meals… For unguided hunters that want dropped off & camp and will be checked on daily,

Luck of the Draw Guide Service Arizona Terms And Conditions
1. TO RESERVE A TRIP: Call or mail Luck of the Draw your 50% Hunt Deposit and a completed "Hunt Application". We accept, cash, checks, travelers checks and money orders.
2. Bookings: Luck of the Draw will review your "Hunt Application" and send you a "Trip Contract" to sign and return. Please review the details on the "Trip Contract" (notify Luck of the Draw if any corrections are needed) then sign and return the "Trip Contract" to Luck of the Draw. Your trip is "Booked" when Luck of the Draw has received your signed "Trip Contract".
3. Final Payments: Trip balances must be paid in full 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date or your trip may be considered cancelled unless you make other arrangements with Luck of the Draw. Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Travelers Checks are accepted. Personal checks are accepted 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival. Bookings made less than 30 days before your arrival date must be paid in full to book the trip.
4. refund & cancellation policy: If you do not draw your license or if Luck of the draw must cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances, your trip will be rescheduled or the unused portion of your deposit refunded. All deposits and payments are non-refundable for any other reason. Trips cancelled prior to 30 days before your scheduled arrival may be rescheduled. Cancellations after that date will forfeit your deposit. Any person ending their trip before its completion for any reason shall be considered to have cancelled their trip and forfeit any further services, liabilities, or responsibilities of Luck of the draw.
5. Check-In before leaving home: : Please call Luck of the Draw before you start your travel to the camp to verify everything is in order for your trip. Luck of the Draw will advise you of any unforeseen circumstances that may have come up and make last minute changes to your trip.
6. Airport Information: Sky Harbor Airport is in Phoenix, Tucson is another larger airport, and there are small airports in Payson, Flagstaff, and Deer Valley, which small planes can fly into. Call Luck of the Draw for more direct info for the area you are hunting in.
7. driving directions: Luck of the Draw will provide driving directions in advance of your arrival concerning where to meet for your hunt.
